Package and offer’s Terms and Conditions

Package must be booked and paid for within offer period.
Packages are on a first come first serve basis.
Packages can be amended at the discretion of management at Gwil I Am
All products in packages must be used for the same event on the same day.
Delivery charges will apply if outside of the Cardiff area. Please check with management for charges.
If one or more products are cancelled from a package then full price will be applied to all other products.
If for any reason the event is cancelled then the full sum of the package will be credited to you for future events minus 35% deposit if cancelled within the time periods

52 weeks before the event minus deposit full credit

26 weeks before the event minus deposit and then 50 %

16 weeks before the event minus deposit and then 25%

Cancelling within 15.6 weeks then full charge will apply

Under no circumstances will monies be refunded if the package is cancelled. (See 7)
